When scanning negatives, I don't get any of the toolbar controls such as
image overview dialogue, adjustment of film strip position, etc. When I scan, I just get an image of the film strip, without the ability to see thumbnails of the individual negatives. What am I doing wrong?
OS: Windows XP
Scanner: Epson 3200

Dear margolbe.
The Epson 3200 is a flatbed scanner and therefore it doesn?t has an overview dialog and film strip offset adjustment.
To scan all images on your film strip, you should drag separate frames around each of the images. You can click the zoom tool to enlarge the selected frame and check the image quality. Then you can scan the selected frame (the one with the "running" frame line) or use the batch mode to scan all frames.
Eric.
