Hariline black border

Hello!

I´m scanning 6x6 negatives. While framing the whole negative the black hairline (non exposed parts of the film) is only scanned on 3 sides. Whats the problem?

Are you scanning in single or batch mode?
SilverFast scanns the area the red scanframe surrounds.

Which scanner are you using?

Hello and thanks for Your swift reply!

I´m using Epson v750 scanner. The whole area within the red marker gets scanned but one of the 4 borders is always greyed out for some odd reaseon. This is a problem as I like to include the hairline black border in the print.
Please have a look at the attached picture.

Í´m using batch mode.

Do you maybe have a screenshot of your SilverFast workspace.
I don't quite get your issue from the image you sent.
