Frame fixed

Postby manfredr » Sun Oct 30, 2005 5:23 pm

Hi,
I found a strange feature with AI and the 4990 and 24x26 mm negative holder. The first negative in the 3rd row from top (after truning the scan area) cannot be moved anymore, the frame sticks to that negative position (only that one). Any idea ?
Thanks a lot
manfred

Did you select batch mode on the General tab?

Are you able to make a new selection? Position the pointer in the corner of another slide > click and hold the left mouse button > drag a new selection.

If this works you will need to make all of your adjustments again, but at least you will be able to scan more slides this way until the issue is possibly resolved in the next update from LaserSoft, right?
