Why does Silverfast not answer this hereunder stated simple(?) question. ( No answers to my 2 e-mails and no answer in this forum)
When I remove dust and scratches with SRD from large files color or b&w with PS7 plug-in, no data will be transferred from Silverfast to PS7 after the SRD pre-scan.
How ever if I use the PS7 plug-in as a stand alone application I can use SRD with very large image files.
My system has 2gb internal memory and PS7 is allowed to use 70% of that. ( other percentages doesnt solve the problem.
Could you Silverfast, or anyone else, please advice?

In this case it is necessary to do an internal test and see if we can verify the problem you described.
Could you please provide the SF_logfile within the Silverfast directory via Email to support@silverfast.com. This file will give us some info on your setup which we need to adjust our test to.
