Silverfast can't find my scanner which is connected via firewire. What can I do?

There is one thing that you can do before sending an email: if you haven't done it yet, download the drivers or the original software to run your scanner from the Epson website. At the moment, our installers for Epson scanners do not install any drivers. It might change in the future.
