Expression 10k XL+ Silverfast AI = ZERO

I cannot get SilverFast AI to work with my Expression 10000 XL. Silverfast launches alright, but when I click "Prescan", only the top few pixels of the scanning bed appear, then nothing for a long time, then a crash.

Windows 2000, Silverfast AI 6.2.2.r1.

I just installed this scanner and would like to, you know, scan something.

No documentation seems to address this problem.

I am not from LaserSoft support, but I am looking for someone with experience scanning film with the Expression 10000XL, so I would like it very much if your problem could be solved

Also, does it have the same problem with the Epson software ?

This problem was fixed recently.
Please download the latest version 6.2.3r5 and everything should be alright.
