Error- No reference data available!

Using a Power Mac dual G4, Panther 10.3.2, Photoshop CS, SilverFast Ai 6.2.0r6, and Epson 1680 Pro FireWire.

When attempting to calibrate to the IT8 target, keep getting the error "Error- No reference data available!" in the IT8 calibration window.

How can we correct the setup or SilverFast software to complete the calibration?

Dear customer,

please check your Target for the "Charge number" and try to find the reference file on our website here :

http://www.silverfast.com/it8calibration/en.html

Copy the choosen one on your system and when you calibrate tell silverfast where to find it.

If you have a target of foreign manufacturer you will have to contact them to give you the specific reference file.
