Epson V700 with SE wanting HDR info

Postby stevenelawphoto » Sat May 01, 2010 6:26 am

I am scaning color film negatives (4x5) using HDR with an Epson V700 and SilverFast SE.
That part works, but I have no idea how to open the HDR scans in Photoshop CS4 and change them to a positive for editing purposes.
I have read several posts, but can't find a specific answer to this problem. Can I get some help for this?
Thanks...

Dear customer,

The negative->positive change is done in SilverFast HDR using Negafix.

kind regards

Dear Steve,

If you are only using SE Plus you should use NegaFix or scan into 48->24 bit format.

kind regards
Arne Ketelhohn.
