Epson Perfection V700 ICE?

I am scanning 35mm color slides with SilverFast Ai Studio v6.6.0r6 and the Epson Perfection V700. I would like to use Digital ICE on all images.

I find that Digital ICE frequently is not enabled for some slides, and it takes several tries to re-enable it and keep it enabled. Is there any to turn it on and keep it on?

Dear bikeoid,
you should choose some typical settings ( ICE, resolution, color depth, ... ) and save this setting.
If you enter the options you then can choose these settings to be the SilverFast Defaults.

That should save some time !
