Epson Perfection V10/V100

This scanners have same hardware
(info from website Epson) Its have only different covers!

Why perfection V10 not in list of supported device?

I have V10 - and i try Demo version of AI Studio 6.5.1r2
Result:
Software work
but not each time

SilverFast detect my scanner as EPSON GT-S600

(Epson use GT-S600 label for a home(Japan) market and Perfection V10 for outside)

Is this native support
or its a BUG ??

If native - why the software periodically stop the lamp on center of glasstable and stop respond?

After that - i close program by TaskManager and relaunch
And again the scanner works normally

Epson has different names for their scanners, there's nothing special about that and a long going thing. The GT-x-something usually comes out in Europe and USA as some "Perfection (arbitrary number)" or "Expression (arbitrary number)".

The scanners we support are listed on the supported scanners list on our website. Even if scanners are based on another model, they can behave radically differently not only because of their technical abilities but what their firmware allows them to do.
