Epson 4990 SF SE plus and MultiExposure

Postby Jaap Driest » Wed Dec 20, 2006 5:15 pm

I own a Epson perfection 4990 Photo and use Silverfast SE Plus.
I got a mail about MultiExposure en decided to upgrade to SF SE Plus 6.5.
But no way the MultiExposure possibillity shows up.
In "Scan Type" the 48 bit colour option stays grey: no choice.
In 48 Bit HDR colour I can click on the multiscan button, but the ME-sun never shows.
I tried do delete the "Siverfast Imaging" folder in theDocuments and Setting, but that was no solution.
Anyone an idea?

Problem solved.
In desktop layout "Classic Windows" the ME button doesn't show up.
So I got stuck now with the ugly Windows XP- desktop.
Still, 48 bit HRD scans are way to dark.
I am going to look in the forum somewere.

Double check your gamma setting to make sure you have it set for a PC (Vs MAC), which if memory serves is 2.2
