Epson 4990, AI6.5 no IT8 icons?

I have just upgraded to AI from SE for an epson 4990 scanner. I uploaded this version through the web via silverfast, silverfast provided a serial number to unlock the AI software.

The main reason I carried out the upgrade was for the IT8 calibration, but I have no IT8 icons to carry out the calibration. These are clearly shown in the silverfast manual and video tutorial.

So where are they?

I have requested support on this problem, but no reply!

Question regarding silverfast support are they any good or do they just ignore requests like many other manufacturers nowadays?
