If new scanners are not supported in OS X then I have no use for them. OS 9 is dead. RIP Why release new software for old operating systems? Your doing it backwards. Please people leave OS 9 behind. It was old 10 years ago!

Let the people choose themself what they will use!
It?s a kind of Jobs dictatory not even let people boot with older systems then OS X on machines after 2002 (this was roumored). When some companys have 90 percent older but expensive stuff, they definatly won?t buy everything new just for a new OS!
And last but not least on this cheaper WIN machines the users have the choice of using WIN95,?98, 2000, NT or XP!
Not so on Macs, and i?m surely not willing to trash my Umax PowerlookII, my Epson 1680pro and my Nikon LS30 for this shitty Jaguar. Not only this, it makes my G4/400 crawl like a snail
