Can I use the generated profile outside of AI?

Hi,

We have an Epson V800 scanner. We really like the interface provided by Epson Scan, but the scanner needs to be calibrated. We have Silverfast software, but for scanning large numbers of slides it is cumbersome.

If we upgrade to AI and go through the calibration process, will it generate a profile that we can use from Photoshop or do we have to use AI?
