Hello,
Fuji 3000B black and white instant 3.25x4.25 film leaves a fixed negative when the "goop" dries after peeling apart the film. I would like to scan these, but in order to do away with most dust problems, I'd like to wet mount them to my after-market adapter. The thing is that this puts them at the wrong height when scanning a reflective surface and I can't remove the backing on these. Is there a way to use SilverFast 8 to scan these as reflective but have the scanner use the lens that is focused at film holder height?
Thanks!
Timothy C. Flood
Can I scan reflective at the height of a negative holder.

Re: Can I scan reflective at the height of a negative holder
Dear Mr Flood,
Unfortunately not.
The Focus layer is controlled by the driver and is switched by selecting the scan mode.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn
