It seems that silverfast se v6.2.3r3 works better for me than the newest upgrade, except for ICE. Version 6.2.3r4 would be the answer, is it possible to download it somehow?

other downloads than the latest versions aren't available. Why is it you think there's an issue? What OS, settings, etc. you are using - please give more details.
I'd much rather want to fix your problem than provide an outdated version that perhaps won't work correctly with the latest graphics apps and / or operating system.
