Blue cast

Hello,
I have read all the documentation and have searched online for answers, but no matter what I try I can't get rid of the blue cast on my scans. I have carefully framed the image, used autocorrect before scanning, but I can't get a normal-coloured scan. Can you please help?

Dear Amber,

sure, but first I will need a little bit more information. Are you scanning negs or slides, kodachromes ? Which scanner are you working with and which SilverFast version are you using, SE or Ai? It can be helpful if you upload a sample of the suboptimal results.
