All scans too dark on Epson GT-12000

Since quite some time ALL scans done with our Epson GT-12000 are too dark (no matter if transparency or not).
<p>No adjustments can be done to get them lighter. Scanning in 48 bit mode is the proof: still very dark.
<p>This might not be an issue for the SF forums but maybe anyone here has also made this experience.
<p>Is it possible that the scanner's lamp is too old?

Please submit the following to us and we can check your case:

1. Raw scan 48 bit (3-4 Mb)
2.SF LogFile
3. Settings text-file (Export from Expert-Dialog)
4. Screendump of SF preview
