I should clarify that I've had bad results ONLY with COLOR peel apart instant film i.e. 669, 690 pack film. I do get decent scans when using the 16-bit HDR grayscale setting at 2400 dpi for the B&W prints i.e. 664, 665. I haven't tried any other type (yet!).
So, I pose the question on how to get good scans from these types of Polaroids or if anyone has had any similar trouble or if one has reached success. I recently upgraded from SE to Ai and was hoping for an improvement as much as I had seen the improvement from scanning chrome. I quite often use it for my work and not just for testing light but for the final product so I'm trying to resolve this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Dear lumierephoto
what might be a good idea is to do an "48 bit HDR scan" and send this together with an SF_Logfile to our support staff. Make it a TIFF file and no bigger than six megabytes, thanks :)
