'Epson perfection 4180 photo'

Dear Forum people,

Did any one have problems in scanning medium format negatives with the 'Epson perfection 4180 photo'?

I am getting either a white blank document into Photoshop and the scanner gets stocked (doesn't go back to the starting point, I have to turn the scanner of and to start it on again so it will work). If the scan does work I get a file with totally different colors from my preview screen in SF Ai.
I already contacted Silver Fast support (on Monday) and they are looking into it. The problem is only with medium format negatives! Scanning 35 mm negatives works fine. Also 35 mm and medium format slides works fine.

Any help would be mostly appreciate,

Dear Eyal,

I checked this problem and found out, that the error belongs to your film holder. There must be something wrong. With another medium format filmholder I could not find the error.
