I'm sure I'm missing something here, but the eyedropper for the white balance tool (v.6.2.0r1) has become greyed out and won't allow me to use it. I've tried trashing the prefs file, working with 5 different Raw formats, outputting 48>24, 48, CTRL-clicking on it, etc., but nothing seems to work. It's just locked up.
Also, I cannot choose "Custom" in the WB pulldown menu.
What am I doing wrong?

Dear ianders1.
Frankly I can not verify the inactive Eyedropper in my DC Pro. Neither on the OSX nor on the WinXP.
Please send the SF_logfile and possibly some Screenshots of you option parameters to support@silverfast.com.
Kind regards.

Update
Hopefully you guys have gotten my screencaps and log file by now, but I wanted to update you:
Last night I uninstalled All versions of Silverfast, deleted their folders, manually deleted all registry keys, uninstalled PhotoShop CS, then rebooted, and reinstalled DCPro in PhotoShop 7s directory and rebooted.
When I opened DCPro, the dropper was still locked. I swear it worked the first time I installed it, I have no idea what's happened.
