The conversion of Raw-files from almost all professional digital cameras that feature Raw-mode is one of the main features of DC Pro. I hear you saying "..but I can do that with ACR!". That?s correct but the quality of your converted 8-bit file is only as good as the interpolation during conversion. That?s why SilverFast uses a very sophisticated algorithm which gives you more details and finer lines with less noise.
