Hi!
I've been notice strange behaving with Canon S70 RAW files & DCPro. Even I touch once by mouse thumbnail picture in VLT its colours start to look strange and it's same when I open photo at DCPro side. Anyone notice the same? Photo looks so terrible that I have to use another software for S70 raw files. I don't have similar issue with Canon 10D RAW files. Other S70 raw format converters like Canon softwares and Breeze Browser works fine.
Thanks,
Marko

Could your give some informations ? I would like to know, what OS and what SilverFast DCPro version you use.
I tried here with two s70 files, and got no problems on PC and Mac (Tiger). It would be nice if you could send one CRW Image to : http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport ... ic=Website so could have a look in them (maybe a firmware change or similar)
kind regards

Could it be white balance problem?
I just start to think that can this be somekind of issue with white balancing? Photo were shoot by 'Cloudy' white balance.
First : Thanks for the great package. The Information are complete, so I don't have any questions.
But : Yes you are right. It is the whitebalance (or lack of). We don't have a profile for this camera, so the whitebalance couldn't catch in with the quality as with profile.
The other problem is the included AsShot Values. SilverFast uses them, so calculate the Image. If they have a different value as the Image should have (shot a sun image with a cloudy setting) the Image could get bad colors. Without the profiles it couldn't be changed easy.
We need a camera (or shots within a special enviroment) to calibrate the camera.
kind regards

So, can I do something about it?
Ok, can I help you guys then? I can take photos, just tell me what you need. My problem is that one company like to buy shots what I've been took by S70 and I'd like to convert that by using DCPro to get very special effect into photos and as we know now, it's not so easy for S70 raw files at the moment. Of course I can (try to) do this from JPEG files converted other software(s) but conversion after conversion doesn't sound so nice idea.
Thanks,
Marko
