Canon D30 Raw conversion
Canon D30 Raw conversion
Do you still not support the D30, if so can camera be sent to Florida to be profilled. Also with DCPro do you have to convert from Raw before you can edit images. kkuester2@cox.net

Dear kkuester2.
SilverFast DCPro supports RAW formats from a variety of digital cameras. Full list of cameras is available here , marked in green are the cameras for which optimized Raw workflow profiles are available.
If your camera or according profile is not available it can be created through us. For this purpose LaserSoft Imaging needs your ready-to-use camera (including a lens, battery, etc.) for approx. 2 hours in its premises. Only a few test-shots under controlled circumstances are needed for our procedure.
By need, please contact our office via http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html .
Kind regards.
