I bought DC Pro recently but as yet have not had much luck with the product.
Whenever I open an image from my camera such as a Canon 1d I see the image turn gray as if a 15% gray screen had been applied to it. This cannot be undone by any controls I can find. The images actually start out OK and turn out unusable.
Where am I going wrong ?

Hello Grappa,
i wonder what's going on...
Are you loading raw Images or JPG Images ??
When you say "turn gray", do you mean:
-At first the preview looks okay, but after a few seconds, the color gets washed out ?!?
Please give some details ( Which Platform / OS are you using ).
Thank you for your help !

Gray Images
Im am using OS X of the latest build and bringing in raw files from a Kodak 14n or a Canon 1d.
The files look ok at first but then turn gray. Like a layer of gray was applied to them. Or maybe I should say a layer of black. They develop that way as Jpg or tif when converted. I tried the same thing on my PC yesterday and got the same result. It is running XP.
