Can anyone tell me when will SilverFast6Ai support FARE/ICE functions on FS4000US?

Please note that this is not a technical issue.

At the time of posting it is not very likely that we are able to offer support for ICE/FARE in the Canon scanner soon.
We are sorry for any incoveniences caused.

You should actually pay us, your "CanoScan FS 4000 US" customers, the money back we payed you. The software is not working properly, and you have NEVER done any effort enhancing it.

Since I did the mistake buying your software, SilverFast will NEVER be a recommendation of mine.

sorry to disagree, but LaserSoft Imaging AG made no claim about supporting the ICE/FARE feature in the Canon CanonScan FS4000US.
Quite contrary, we explicitely and openly said that this feature is not supported in this scanner:

Also, please note that any potential customer does have the opportunity to download and evaluate the demo version of the software before buying it, or contacting support for more information that s/he for whatever reason could not find on our website.

Furthermore, we recently included additional features to SilverFast update versions: This way customers got more than what they originally paid more.
