Dear sreser

Canon incorporated a new low level driver. Updating driver and/or SilverFast software will remedy this problem.

iSRD (i.e. making use of the infrared channel ability for SilverFast's SRD (Smart Removal of image Defects) is in development for Canon scanners, but no date of publication can yet be given.
Please note that any project in progress may be cancelled due to unforeseen reasons.
Nevertheless, stay tuned and thank you for your interest in LaserSoft Imaging's software products :)

Best regards
