I assume that Silverfast will not be providing FARE capability with the 9950F support. Could you perhaps provide email address at Canon to whom I (we) could direct a polite email letting them know that it would be to their advantage to open up their API for other to support the FARE capability.

Good evening from Greece!What about silverfast's support Cannon 9950f scanner?Is near or not?Canon has a very poor software for scanners and is not a good idea to work with this scanner under Mac OS 10.3

Hello,

I got Silverfast v6 for the 9950F as soon as it was released in March. Less than a month later I received a notification that MultiPass has been added as a normal product feature, but will cost me $59 additional as an "Upgrade".

I can't imagine that Lasersoft would do this on purpose. I've gotten no reply from the Sales reply to the email. How would I go about getting an upgrade without this excessive charge?
