Will Silverfast still work with Windows 10?

I am currently running Windows 7 - 64 bit - and Silverfast 8. I want to upgrade to Windows 10. Will my Silverfast software still work if I upgrade to Windows 10?

Myself, I am currently running Windows 7, 32-bit with Archive Suite 8.2.0r3 and a Canoscan 9000F. Is this combination also upgradeable to Windows 10?

From what I have understood, I cannot upgrade to SilverFast 8.8 until I have a Windows 64 bit operating system. Is this correct?

Finally, is the upgrade from 8.2.0r3 32-bit to 8.8 64-bit free of charge?

Dear customer,

You can change to a 64 bit operating system without issues. your license is valid for both.
You can simply download the latest update from our website and directly install that. Our "updates" are always full installation files.
Windows 10 is also supported by SilverFast 8.
