Where does the list of ICM profiles come from?

Postby DigitalTex » Fri Apr 02, 2004 9:48 pm

On a good day I could figure this out on my own... maybe. In SilverFast Ai 6.2, in the options window, under CMS, there is a section called "Profiles for ICM" and a field named "Input." I have a scanner profile I've created using Monaco -- which I like because it profiles my scanner and printer together -- and I cannot figure out where on my harddrive to put the profile so that it appears as a choice in the "Input" field. I know I've done this before. I must need more coffee. Any help is appreciated.

Dear DigitalTex.

Thanks for the interest in our Software Silverfast.

To install the ICC profile on Microsoft? Windows? 98/ME?/2000/XP?: Select the profiles on your system. While the profile is selected, right-click and choose the Install Profile menu item. If the Uninstall Profile menu item appears, you already have an ICC profile of the same name installed.

Note: Some applications may require a relaunch in order to access these files.

Kind regards.
