I have two scanners attached to my computer, an Epson Perfection 2450 (for which I have SF se at the moment) and a recently acquired Lexmark X1130 All in one Printer Scanner Copier etc.
When I try to run SilverFast with both scanners attached it freezes up and the only way that I can run it is to keep removing the Lexmark software whenever I need to scan film etc.
Is there anyway that I can use SF without removing the Lexmark software

The Epson is Firewire, the Lexmark is USB. my OS is XP pro, I have 1 gig 2700 ddr memory and 2500 processor, video has 256 ddr memory.
I actually tried loading SF again last night from within Photoshop and it eventually loaded after about 6 - 8 mins.

Can you provide the SF_logfile to support@silverfast.com?
Kind regards.

Dear Cowley.
All in one scanners have a monitor service application (for one button Email, fax or scan) which is activated during startup.
This monitor should either be deinstalled or deactivated in Autostart.
These kind of monitors are not supported from Silverfast and results in crashes and freezes.
I hope this will explain your problems.
Kind regards.
