Over 10 days ago I submitted Support Request [Ticket20070513017197] regarding a problem I encountered after installing 650r6. Since then I have sent two follow-up emails but so far have received no response. I do not know why this support request appears to be being ignored as my previous support request was handled very well.
This support request details behavior which was not present in 650r4 and I just want to know whether I have uncovered an error or if I cannot do what I was able to in 650r4.
I do not know how else to get an answer other than to ask here.

My posting to this forum has produced results. I have been contacted by an SF support person and have restated the problem. I have not yet received a reply but at least I now know that somebody is examining the situation.
