To dark scans- preview OK

When I scan negatives (scanner HP G4050), the prescan window show picture in good tonality (histogram OK)
After scanning , the pcicture in file is to dark - underexposed effect. I don't use any HDR option.
Have anybody simmilar problem ? Loading factory defaults setting doesn't help.
