YOUR SITE SAYS THE LATEST UPDATE FOR MACS IS 5.5.2r01 - I am running 5.5.1r03, so I tried to update, which meant re-registering the 3 different times I went thru this futal exercise. Why do you make it so hard on your customers? Why should we have to reregister each time an update is posted - which means getting out our serial numbers? Anyhow, I never did get updated. I use an Epson Perfection 2450 - can you please email me the update - ralpha@groupatlanta.com.

updates within version 5.5 are free. You can still use the same username/password when you registered version 5.5 for the first time. They will remain valid for all future updates within version 5.5. If you still have problems logging in, please e-mail me directly at martin@silverfast.com .
