Silverfast don`t start.

Hello?

I have windows7 and silverfast Ai studio 8. I have not use the program for a couple of mounth and now when i should use it, it doesn`t open. I just come to the start window and when i click on the start symbol nothing happens. How should i do?

Dear customer,

In case you have more than one SilverFast version installed please update them all.
SilverFast might not function correctly if different release versions are installed.
