Silverfast AI 6.5, saving CMS settings

One of our clients just took delivery of an EPSON 10000XL with Silverfast Ai 6.5 from us.
However, neither the client or we have been able to find a way to save custom CMS settings accessed through the "options"-button. If we select profiles in the pop-up menues, they all revert back to some kind of default setting (no profile) after a restart of the program. Any suggestions on how to make our custom selections stick?
