SF6 Ai 6.0.2r32 - Problem with IT8 calibration

Hi, after I reinstalled the SF6 latest version 6.0.2r32 for Umax Powerlook 270Plus I tried to calibrate with IT8 target. The message was presented on the screen:

"Your internal RGB profile is missing. Thus input matching cannot be activated aumatically after calibration."

After I went through the calibration process, it looks like it doesn't work, both with Photoshop plugin and Twain.

There were no problems with all the previuos versions of SF6 Ai. Any suggestions?

Please select an internal Profile in CMS options. Then SilverFast could use full colormanagment.
