SF 5.5.2 AI ->CYMK 48bit not working

Using SF 5.5.2. with an Acer 2740s, when selecting 48 bit output (CYMK) the output shows gray image (nothing recognizable).
Uning PS 5.5 / 6.0 and MacOS 9.1.
If setting to RGB, image is OK.
Any ideas?

I have tested the Acer 2740S with 48 bit CMYK output. The scan type is set to "48 bit color" and I had no problems scanning CMYK as raw data.

I am using SF v5.5.2, PS 5.5 / 6.0 and MacOS 9.1.

Could you send me your SF preference files to "eric.flyvbjerg@silverfast.com" ?

The problem ist solved. Thank you very much for your help.

Updates will soon be available on our web site. The version number of SilverFast must be v5.5.2r04 or higher for both MAC and PC.

hi, i'm having a similar problem. i just downloaded the update two days ago from

http://www.silverfast.de/product/Nikon/200/en.html

and the update version was only 5.5.2v02

not

5.5.2v04

i'm running a Nikon 4000 scanner, on OS8.6 - when i do CMYK scans in 48 bit mode, i get a black scan, and nothing more. RGB scans in 48 bit mode work fine...

if i need 5.5.2v04, can you tell me when i can download it? i need to make a scan pretty urgently.
