Hi
I have a problem. When I save my scanned Pictures on the computer they will become att dark TIFF files although I save them as jpeg in Quick time settings?

How do I correct this problem?

Dear customer,

Please make sure you have selected 48->24 Bit for the bit depth.
JPG images can not store 48 or 64 Bit data.

Kind regards,
Aren Ketelhohn.
