PrinTao Problems

I am testing a demo version of SilverFast, PrinTao, D-6.5.0r6 Serial, on my iMac running MacOS 10.4.9 (Tiger).

There are two problems/question I could not solve till now.

Problem 1: Adding "EXIF Picture" crashes the application.
I can add the IPTC data or the EXIF Camera data respectively (I do not have pictures with GPS data).

Problem 2: I cannot create a template with one picture *and* more than one page of text.
An example: IPTC is limited by 64 KB only. A lot of text, if it used. ? Does anyone know how text can flow from one page to the next?

Dear nmetzner,

could you send us the SF_logfile along with a detailed step-by-step description via email to support-at-silverfast.de in order to get a solution to this. We need to check under the same conditions in order to verify your problem in our test condition.

Problem number 2 is actually a feature request for a future version. I discussed this with a developer but the more we discussed this we came to a point were we started discussing the general emphasis of PrinTao - layout w/text or images. For now it is images.
