Prescan Frame rotation not working

-Win7-64: SF8 AI Studio - 8.0.1R47 - Novice/Newbie

-I cannot get the individual frame rotation to perform.
-I've read all the docs/forums/books/movies with no success.
-Placing the "hand" on the semi-circles and dragging around is moving the entire red frame.
-Holding shift key posts the RGB info.

-any help is greatly appreciated.

what are you trying to achieve?

The frame rotation works exactly the way you describe.
If you want to rotate the content of the image look for the Rot/Flip "Compass" symbol to the left of the preview area.
