Plustek Scanner - line in every scan using SF

I have a yellow line in some colour scans and a blue line in other . this line is the exact same position on every frame from every type of film. Except for B+W films, there is no line.

I think that the scanner is actually broken, is there any calibration I can do to test this or will this be a warrenty job as the scanner is only a few months old and did this from day one.

ignore the white scratces on the second image as those are my bad film handling, but you can clearly see the line in both pictures, this appears on every colour scan i make.

Hello tiffer,

Lines like this are some times caused by dust on the glass or lens of the scanner. Follow what ever method Plustek recommends to clean your scanner and see if the lines don't go away.
