Picture Setting

Postby Lightman » Sun Apr 02, 2006 10:45 pm

Hi all,

I just started using the Ai version 6.4.3r9 and before I recieved a serial number key. I had a separate window that had a slider for brightness, contrast and exposure. After I unlocked it the software, I can't seem to find the window. I liked the feature because I can adjust the brightness and contrast without going into the histogram button.

Thanks!

The window also had a way to increase or decrease the contrast and saturation. The exposure setting via a slider, I believe, was between -3 to +3. But where did the window go? Did I immagine seing this window?

:-?

Lightman,

If memory serves me correctly, that feature is in SilverFast AI Studio and not the SE of AI versions.

As a side note, it is considered best to leave brightness and contrast settings alone and work with the histogram to adjust image tonality.
