Dear moderator,
I have Silverfast Studio Ai version 8.8.0r5 for the Reflecta ProScan 7200. This software should have the option in iSRD of corrections in up to four layers with separate masks. However, when I click on the iSRD Expert button, I can set only one mask: a polygon mask or a new path mask. So how do I make four masks?
Thank you,
Rob Zaagman

Re: Only one iSRD mask in Studio Ai
Dear Mr Zaagman,
The layers are no longer available because SRDi and SRDx are now two separte tools and can be combined without the use of layers.
Kind regards,
Arne

Dear Mr Ketelhorn,
I do not understand what SRDx and SRDi being separate tools has to with my question. They do not work together, do they, you have to use either one or the other. The objective of the four masks in iSRD (Experts settings) is that one can apply different settings to different parts of the same picture. For example detection setting 20 for a heavily scratched part and setting 6 for a lightly scratched part.
Thank you for your reply.
Best regards,
Rob Zaagman

Dear Mr Zaagman
Yes the function of adding several layers was original included to allow the combination of these two tool.
This function has been removed now. But I will forward your request to our product management.
Kind regards,
Arne
