Hello,
I just switched from Silverfast SE Plus to SilverFast Ai Studio 6.5.5r2. There seems to be a (very) little bug in the "Selective Colour Correction" - at least when choosing German as the language of choice: When clicking on the red icon, the menu options refer to magenta:

Since the options of all the other menus there refer to the colors that are represented by the icons (and since there were "red" options in SilverFast SE Plus), I guess this is a little glitch in this version. No real problem, just a little confusing sometimes. ;)
Just another thing: When I click on the flag symbol in the SilverFast Launcher, the next click in this window makes the Launcher crash. But this may be just a little incompatibility with a driver or other software on my system (I didn't care to investigate this any further).
Cheers,
Jan

Well, now almost three months are over, I'm using version 6.5.5r4, and neither did I get an answer nor has anything been changed in the software. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me if I'm simply wrong of if it is planned to eliminate this little bug.
Thanks in advance!

Dear Enigma
please note that the purpose of the imaging forum is not to provide personal support. It is intended to serve as a platform for imaging professionals for exchange of experience and communicating ideas [ viewtopic.php?p=9763&highlight=9763 ].
Therefore LSI staff will only provide limited support in the forum.
Thank you in anticipation of your kind co-operation.
Concerning this topic, the reason your posting went unacknowledged for some time, however, is caused by you replying to your own topic

If you're Germany based, our staff thus had exactly 14 minutes (from 5:16 pm to 5:30 pm GMT) to "see" your message, but as above statement explains, this forum is not their main source of support request input.
I had our webmaster done some changes to the "unreplied topics report", so that in future we might see any topic on that list that had not been answered by LSI staff.
Concerning your two issues. I will open a support ticket in order to further check on these. Thank you for your interest in LaserSoft Imaging's software products and have a grand weekend :)
Best regards

Yes, I've found that out by myself in the meantime. But since I don't read whole forums before posting - I think searching for a solution for the problem is enough before posting - I hadn't seen that before. Maybe you should find a more prominent position for this announcement.

It's not my habit to answer my own postings (and I have written several thousand postings in different forums before). But your forum installation is a little bit faulty - maybe you should take a look at those glitches. I wouldn't have had to post again if the attachment function worked correctly.

Thank you very much. But since there was no recognizable interest in this topic, I contacted the German support by myself. The ticket number is 20071026023455 (I have absolutely no idea why a ticket that was opened on 2008-02-13 has a number that begins with 20071026, but I don't want to explore your company secrets... ;) ). Sorry for not posting it here, but it didn't seem that anyone was interested in this thread.
The thread can be closed (or even deleted) if you like.
Cheers,
Jan
