Latest update problems - v6.1.0r01

SF - 6.1.0r01

since I updated to this latest version I got entire plethora of problems.

- Scan frame "ants" are stuck in the screen. If I move the frame I get another copy left behind where it was standing before. Like refresh graphics glitch.

- My settings reset at random occasions

- I find strange values under settings.. like "-380" value for levels black point, weird ascii chars ([#[!?) in the dpi field, etc...

- Black scans.

- Gamma settings values make no sense... "1.30" burns image to white and before I was using "2.20" normally.


Please help.

Dear Drol,

looks like Silvefast can?t read the preference file correctly.You can delete the file. Please go to your Photoshop-plugin folder, inside import-export/SilverFast will be a folder ?prefs?.
Inside the folder should be the "SF (UMAX PowerLook 3000).prf" file.
After deleting the file everything should work again.
