I suppose what my question boils down to is" Is there any way to specify the exact position of the scan frame?" Ultimately, what I would like to do is circumvent the file size limitation of my scanner by using jobManager to automate several scans then piece the scans together to create one large high resolution image. This seems like it is all possible with the exception that I would need to precisly create my frames. Any ideas?
Or.. is there any way within SilverFast to disable the file size limitation of my Epson V750? I currently cannot choose a resolution / frame size combination that would result in a file size over approx 50 megs.

Re: JobManager and Exact Frame locations
Dear AstroGlen,
Such a entry is not possible.
But are you sure that is necessary.
Normally I would rather have some overlapping so the positioning is easier in photoshop.
I would load the different images into PS and have one layer opaque and the second layer semitransparent above it.
That way you shuold be able to position them correctly.
You only need to remember to turn off the transparency befor you merge the layers.
kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
