Job Manager problem and help

Hi, I've just started to use Job Manager within SilverFast Ai Studio v6.4.4r2, and have noticed a big problem. After adding my frames to the Job Manager window, when selecting the Pencil icon (edit parameters), the main platen window loses it tool icons on the left hand side.

Also, once I've scanned one frame in the Job Manager window a green icon appears at the bottom right for that frame. Can you tell me please how I get rid of that green icon so I can re-scan that particular frame again (if required).

Lastly, I've watched all your QuickTime movies and don't see explained the differences between Normal, Batch Mode, Normal (File), Batch Mode (File). What's the difference please (especially the last three), and what's is needed to work with the Job Manager.

The differences between Normal, Batch Mode, Normal (File), Batch Mode (file) is that the first two send the output to the host applications (i.e. Photoshop) and the second two save the output to files.

In both cases ?Normal? scans one image at a time and ?Batch Mode? allows for scanning several images at a time.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Can anyone tell me why, when and after using Job Manager the Tool icons on the platen window dissapear? The only way to get to come back is to quit the Photoshop plugin and relaunch it.
