iSRD settings

Hello I work with SF 8 studio and I want to dig. my slides.
The iSRD mode on the mark mode I see a lot of scratches.
In the correct mode the result is OK
But after scanning the slide the result is poor
What setting should be used?

Did you install our latest SilverFast release?
We just improved iSRD.
