iSRD ceased functioning (OpticFilm 8200)

Hi,

I've been using iSRD on a few negatives with good success. However, it appears to have stopped functioning. Now if I select 'Mark' on the iSRD panel, all I get is a completely red box. No amount of tinkering with the settings will persuade the latest version of SilverFast to do anything else. Can anyone shed some light for me please?

Dear Daniel,

It sounds as if your infrared channel might be defective.
Have you tried resetting SilverFast through the service dialog in the welcome screen?
In case that does not help you might have to contact Plustek about this.
